We have been acting for and on behalf of various Managing Agents and Syndicates from the Lloyd's of London, as a Coverholder in Hong Kong since 1993. We are also a licensed insurance agency that partner with local insurers in providing insurance services.

ARCHIE CHEUNG
Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Hanson Insurance Services Limited (HIS) and with his immense experience and expertise in the General Insurance industry, Archie spearheads the overall development of the company.

He also served as an Underwriter at various General Insurance Companies prior to starting his own agency, i.e. HIS, in 1993.
​
He is an ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) CIP holder.

MARK CHEUNG
Executive Director
As the Executive Director at HIS, Mark manages strategic direction and overall operations, including underwriting and claims for direct insurance and reinsurance businesses.
With over 11 years of experience in the Hong Kong insurance industry, Mark holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) and actively contributes to the sector as a Co-opt Member of the Accident Insurance Association at the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers.
OWEN DAVIS
Underwriter
Owen is a dedicated underwriter on Construction Employees' Compensation Insurances in Hong Kong.

He possesses 40 years of experiences in the Construction Employees' Compensation business, both as a broker and as an underwriter overseas and locally. He is a well respected professional figure in this segment of business.
MANSON MA
Head of Marine
As Head of Marine at HIS, Manson has over 19 years of international insurance and reinsurance experience. He holds dual master’s degrees in Global Political Economy and International Shipping and Transport Logistics, combining strong technical expertise with an entrepreneurial approach.
His track record includes turning around legacy portfolios, materially improving combined ratios within 36 months, through disciplined underwriting. ​
DOMINIC WONG
Deputy General Manager
Dominic serves as the Deputy General Manager at HIS, leveraging decades of industry experience that began in 1989. He is holding the designation of Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) and certification as a Certified Financial Planner. Dominic brings a multidisciplinary approach to insurance, backed by a Master of Business Administration, a Law degree from Peking University, and Master of Science degrees in both International Shipping and Transport Logistics and Financial Analysis.
KEVIN CHONG
Operations and Claims Manager
Kevin is the Operations and Claims Manager at HIS, overseeing motor and general insurance claims. A CUHK BBA graduate in Insurance, Financial, and Actuarial Analysis, he joined in 2018 and progressed from Claims Clerk to manager. His background includes actuarial pricing at Prudential Hong Kong and audit roles, supporting strong analytical and operational capability.
