Commercial Motor Insurance
We exercise full underwriting and claims handling authority as an underwriting agent on commercial motor insurance businesses, as bestowed by various Underwriters at Lloyd’s via binding authorities. The range of commercial vehicles we write include but are not limited to goods vehicles / trucks with a gross weight of 5.5 tons above, tractors, tippers, dump trucks, etc.

Under our current Lloyd’s motor insurance policy, we collaborate with our designated approved repairer Hang Fai Auto Services Company Limited (Hang Fai) in offering the following exclusive value-adding features to our clients, including:

24/7 Towing and Emergency Roadside Assistance Services;

Priority Surveying Services and Repairing;

No Claim Bonus (NCB) protection on Physical Damage insurance coverage, irrespective of the eventual discharged repair bill amount claimed.
For the Physical Damage coverage part, we may also offer coverage extended furthest to the Guangdong province in Mainland China.

We also offer motor insurance solutions with local papers by partnering with several notable local insurers in the market, should our clients have different insurance needs for their motor fleets.
Motor Extended Warranty
Vehicle owners care about their vehicle’s life span as much as their own. As their vehicles get older, the repair frequency increases, so as the costs of repair for each vehicle breakdown. An extended warranty insurance shall fill the void in offering reasonable protection against such risks and give vehicle owners peace of mind.
We work with several prominent insurers to provide coverage, subject to the insurance policy’s terms and conditions, on new and pre-owned commercial vehicles and private cars (including electric cars) on the sudden and unforeseen breakdown/failure of insured component Parts arising from any permanent mechanical, electrical or electronic defect (but not arising from other external force) that cause a sudden stoppage of the Part’s designed function, so that immediate repair or replacement is necessitated before the normal operation of the Part and of the vehicle can be resumed.

Compensation Insurance
Our dedicated underwriter underwrites a range of public and private projects in Hong Kong, including but not only limited to Construction, Civil Engineering, Erection, Bridge Works, Building, Foundation, Maintenance, Sewage Treatment, Decoration, Fitting-out Contracts, Electrical and Mechanical Works, Quarry Work and so on and forth, in accordance with our binding authority backed by Lloyd’s capacity.
Marine
We have access to both Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s capacities presented as local paper, on a facultative / prior-submit basis.
Our marine solutions include the following Classes of Insurance:
